“Very friendly and accommodating-They make you feel like part of their family- I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable at a Dr. office-No nervous butterflies in my stomach. Almost painless- stress free- much easier than I had anticipated. OMG!! I can now go to the gym and work out without pain in my leg. My leg doesn’t swell up at night and I am able to climb stairs without holding on to the handrail. I have lost 25 pounds and not only look better but feel better as well. I work 3 jobs and my leg was affecting all of them. With Real Estate I am in and out of vehicles and climbing stairs constantly. I can now do these tasks without grunting and feeling embarrassed in front of my clients. One night a week I perform comedy on a local river boat. 4-5 hours on a boat having to climb several flights of stairs, run around in the audience, dance and a lot of walking all while keeping a smile on my face, my energy level up and making people laugh was very hard on my leg and foot. I did not want to quit performing but the pain and swelling was so bad that I had to take the next day off just to recuperate. Now I can run and dance all night and feel great when I get home. My leg doesn’t swell and I can walk on my foot now. Best of all I can function the next day with no pain, which is extremely important and where my 3rd job comes in. I am a doggie play care attendant which means I am on my feet all day keeping up with many dogs. Running, playing, squatting down, which by the way, I could not do before the procedure and if I did, I most certainly was not getting back up without assistance. I can now squat, play, fun and take care of the precious pups I spend 10 hours a day with. I used to cry when I thought about having to quit this job. I used to get knocked down a lot and was starting to feel like I was not going to be able to perform my duties in the yard and take care of the dogs as needed. Their safety comes first and I had written my resignation. While eating a tub of chunky monkey ice cream and feeling depressed one afternoon, I saw Dr. Kamran’s commercial on TV. I thought I would give it a try as my last ditch effort and wow, that was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I never turned in my resignation. I’m now happy, 25 pounds lighter, can play with the dogs, climb stairs and entertain guests on the river boat and continue with my real estate career. Every step was explained to me in advance, and my brother in law who was a very recent past patient, shared his experiences with me – so I had a clue!! I knew it was a scarless, but not necessarily painless procedure! Dr. Kamran was very concerned about my pain level at every step. Only one of the four laser treatments was mildly painful, but just during the procedure only. Considering the horrid condition of my veins, I am grateful that I didn’t have a more difficult time on that occasion: the other three were amazingly easy (for me maybe not Dr. Kamran!!) What I appreciates so much, is Dr. Kamran’s holistic approach; a minimum of drugs – only as much pain medicine as needed during the procedure – one baby aspirin and walk, walk, walk!!, for aftercare. Fantastic!
Since I had my first procedure last May, I am AMAZED at the amount of new found energy I have. If Dr. Kamran had told me at the time, that this would happen, I would never have believed it possible! Now, each day that I get farther from recent procedures, I feel better and better, more energy and just an all over sense of well being. I’m so happy!! “Dr. Kamran and his staff have been very professional. This is my ninth appointment, so I have seen many of the staff, plus Dr. Cahn. My encounters with the staff, Dr. Kamran, and Dr. Cahn have all been top notch. My negative (but constructive criticism) feedback is the obvious, overbooking of patients on a daily basis. 1, 1 1/2, and even 2 hour waits have not been uncommon at all. Sometimes the wait is initially and at other times, you get weighed and blood pressure taken, move to a second crowded waiting room. It might have been more explainable when Dr. Kamran was the only physician, but now there are two doctors. Many of your clients miss unnecessary hours of work that is not reimbursed by our employers plus in addition to the money lost, it is an unnecessary inconvenience to the employers. Also I feel it is disrespectful to your clientele to not value their time enough that this re- occurring issue does not improve. I have heard many patients comment on this, so it is not just me.”

“I always just accepted that aches & pains were a part of a career in the construction trades. A bottle of Advil or Bayer aspirin were a part of my tool bags. When my ankle ulcerated in my late twenties, I knew this was not normal. Faced with having to change careers and give up my backpacking and hiking that I enjoyed so much, I opted to go see a doctor. Four surgeries and seventeen years later I had all but given up hope. Retiring my hiking boots, backpack and tool pouch I figured this was just that hand I was dealt and I would just have to accept it, find a different line of work that wouldn’t have me on my feet all day, up and down ladders or kneeling.
However, when my leg again ulcerated-this time in front of my EMT fiancé I was again forced to seek the advice of another doctor.
Dr. Kamran was confident from the first time meeting with me that he could improve my situation, pain and circulation. I was openly skeptical. The swelling in my ankle alone had kept me out of dress shoes for the last two years.
After only a few treatments from Dr. Kamran I had a church function to attend, afterwards several of my friends asked me how things were progressing. It wasn’t until then that I realized I had been wearing my dress shoes for longer than the ten minutes I previously could not tolerate. Since then the pain level that I was accustomed to as just part of my life was all but gone. Dr. Kamran could examine my ankle without me wincing.

Today I completed the 3rd of 4 laser ablations. When I was presented with a comment sheet to fill out, I looked at the few lines allowed and thought, “How could I possibly describe my experience in these few lines and still do justice.” Hence, this letter. My initial reaction at my first visit was the professionalism of your staff. This reaction has not changed. Your staff moved things along quickly during the waiting period and in no time my insurance was approved and appointments were set.

I have suffered from tired, restless legs for years. As an RN, I spend many hours on my feet and not sleeping well at night due to the throbbing legs was hard. I have lived with numbness in the outer aspect of my right knee for 38 years! I had to give up walking for exercise because my legs would get tired. I decided to seek help after learning about your Scarless Vein treatment.

Today, as I sit at home with legs elevated post op, I want to thank you for what you have done form me. After only these few treatments, I no longer have restless legs. I am getting the most uninterrupted sleep in years. I have no tired full feeling in my legs and make a whole shift at work without problem. My post op pain on a scale of 1-10 is ZERO. Nothing, not even a Motrin needed.
